There's a fantastic range of door and drawer handles available. I ordered online, and they were just as described and nicely crafted. The delivery took a bit longer than I hoped, but hey, it was the free option, so I can't complain too much. I wasn't rushing for the item, but if I needed it faster, I'd likely shell out a bit more for a quicker delivery. Overall, it's a solid deal for what you get.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! I made a purchase over two months ago and ran into a couple of major problems.

1. The quality is just awful and feels cheap. I ordered some orchid flowers, a vase, and a few coffee table books. The orchid plant I received was defective, but they wouldn’t do anything to fix it.
2. They completely forgot to include my vase in the original shipment. I reached out to them, and they promised to send it. So, I waited... and here we are, two months later, and still no vase. When I followed up, they told me to get in touch with Parcel Force. I did, and they confirmed that the package was sent to the wrong address. Parcel Force suggested that decorfaure should go to the local post office in China to sort this out since it was their mistake.
When I contacted decorfaure again, they refused to help. They’ve taken my money but haven’t delivered the items.
I’ve reached out to trading standards because this is just unacceptable customer service. Now, I’m waiting for them to assist me in getting my item.
Do not buy from this company; their products are of poor quality, and their customer service is extremely unprofessional and unhelpful (I think there’s only one person on the team). They’ll take your cash but won’t deliver your stuff. After reading some of the other reviews about missing items and terrible service, I can totally see why folks left those one-star ratings.
